Privacy Policy for Tabion Chrome Extension

Tabion Chrome Extension ("Extension") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information we collect from our users.

The personal information collected by the extension includes user information provided by Google OAuth API such as email and full name, as well as tabs information to control the number of opened tabs.

Use of Personal Information

The Extension uses the collected personal information for the following purposes: Email and full name are used to identify the user in the system and handle the subscription state and the storage of the user's list of links, while tabs information is used to control the number of opened tabs.

Sharing of Personal Information The Extension does not share any collected personal information, including user profile information and links, with any third parties, as this data is stored securely on our third-party service provider, Supabase.com.

Security Measures The Extension takes the following security measures to protect the collected personal information:

Encryption: The collected information is encrypted using industry-standard encryption algorithms to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.

Access Controls: The access to the collected information is restricted to authorized personnel or processes, such as a password-protected database or a secure server that only authorized personnel can access.

Opt-Out Users can opt-out of data collection by sending an email to hi@tabion.io in order to delete their profile and all related data.

Age Limit There is no age limit for users who can use the Extension.

User-Generated Content The Extension does not have any user-generated content.

Updates and Changes to Privacy Policy The Extension may update or change this privacy policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes to the privacy policy via email or within the Chrome extension itself. Users should review the updated privacy policy and indicate their consent to the changes by continuing to use the Extension. Users have the option to opt-out of the changes if they do not agree with them, but that this may result in the user being unable to continue using the Extension. Previous versions of the privacy policy will be archived and made available to users upon request.
